Delay timers are used to add a certain wait time between two sets of actions. A delay timer starts for a contact when the action executes for the first time. (When the contact reaches the timer)
Users can select wait time in days, minutes, hours , month and weeks. Next actions are performed once the delay timers are completed successfully.
Users can select from two options when next actions should run after the wait time is completed. Users can select that the next actions run immediately after the wait time is complete or at a predefined time of a day.
If the predefined time of day has already passed on the day the action executes then the action will run on the next day at the defined time.
Users can also disable timer temporarily by selecting Disable. If the timer is disabled while execution of step then funnel skips this step and moves to next action.
